What’s up guys this is Dheeraj  (  Varun  raj  ) Welcome back and today I am going to tell about the diet plan of the very famous actor Aamir khan.

As we know that Aamir khan is a very famous actor, director, producer, brand ambassador and television tall show host. He has millions of followers and he born in 14 March 1965 in bombay.

As we know that Aamir Khan’s body is fabulous while any film shooting time. We know that before and after movie his body is not as fantastic as we see in the movies so how he change him self as early. The main thing is exercise and diet plan as we know that for making a well build physique we need diet. 80% is diet which changes our body.

If we want have a well build physique so we have to focus on our diet, exercise and sleep and the most important thing is diet which is difficult to manage. Many people think that supplements and exercise if enough to build a good physique but there is nothing like this. Diet is most important for a well build physique.

So let’s get to know about Aamir Khan’s diet plan when he has to get extremely lean.

MEAL NO. 1 ( 4 AM )

1 whole egg, 1 tomato, sprinkling onion, cardamom and green chili.

MEAL NO. 2 ( 6AM )

1 scoop of whey protein with water.

MEAL NO. 3 ( 8AM )

150 g of fruit  ( execpt banana  )

MEAL NO. 4 ( 10 AM )

50g of poha, srinkling tomato and onion, cardomom and green chili.

MEAL NO. 5 ( 12PM )

One slice of bread and 100 gm of tuna fish.

MEAL NO. 6 ( 2PM )

100 gm of vegetables, 500 gm rise, 150 gm daal, 200 gm of skim curd.

MEAL NO. 7 ( 4PM )

150 gm of fruit. ( But not banana  )

MEAL NO. 8 ( 6 PM )

One slice of bread and 100 gm of tuna fish.

MEAL NO. 9 ( 7 PM )

100 gm of vegetables, 500 gm rise, 150 gm daal, 200 gm of skim curd.
