Bicep :- 18 inch.

Chest :- 51 inch.

So let’s get to know what he eats to keep his body as lean and muscular.

MEAL NO. 1 ( BREAK FAST 6AM )

2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites, half cup of oats and blue Barries.

MEAL NO. 2 ( PRE WORKOUT 9AM )

170 gm of chicken breast and one cup of brown rise.

MEAL NO. 3 ( POST WORKOUT 1PM )

2 scoops of whey protein with water and one banana.

MEAL NO. 4 ( LUNCH 3 PM )

85 gm of Avocado and 170 gm of boild chicken breast.

MEAL NO. 5 ( 5PM )

226 gm of boild chicken breast or red meat and 170 gm of sweet potato.

MEAL NO. 6 ( DINNER 8PM )

12 egg whites.

In Jeff seid  diet protein is high and carbs and fats are Mordrate so that why he looks always so muscular.
