So let’s get to know about his diet plan.

MEAL NO. 1 ( BREAKFAST 9 AM )

50gm of oats, 2 scoops of whey protein and 10 egg whites.

MEAL NO. 2 ( LUNCH 1 PM )

5 egg whites, 200 gm of sweat potatoes, one cup of vegetables, 300 gm of boiled chicken breast and one glass of lemon ice tea.

MEAL NO. 3 ( 4 PM )

300 gm of boiled chicken breast, 200 gm of sweat potatoes, one cup of vegetables, 5 egg whites and water melon.

MEAL NO. 4 ( PRE WORKOUT MEAL )

50 gm of oats and 2 scoops of whey protein and 10 egg whites.

MEAL NO. 5 ( DINNER 10 PM )

300 gm of boiled chicken breast, 6 egg whites and salad.

In Thakur anoop singh diet protein is high and carbs and fats are Moderate so that why he looks always so muscular. Tiger goes gym and he also do marshal arts every day.
